People strong in the Strategic theme create alternative ways to proceed. Faced with any given scenario, they can quickly spot the relevant patterns and issues.
It's fitting that my area of emphasis in my doctoral studies was Strategic Management and Organizational Theory. My mind naturally thinks strategically. I'm always asking, "What's the big picture?" I'm always thinking of the best way to get to the goal.
