People strong in the Activator theme can make things happen by turning thoughts into action.
The Activator theme interacts with the other strengths themes in my life by giving me a tendency toward action. The Maximizer theme provides the quest for excellence; the Ideation, Input, and Learner themes provide the content of the action plan; the Strategic Theme provides knowledge of the best path toward a goal, and the Activator theme provides the energy to put in all into action.
