People strong in the Ideation theme are fascinated by ideas. They are able to find connections between seemingly disparate phenomena.

One of my favorite sayings is, "the most powerful thing in the world is a new paradigm." I believe that if I am able to encourage people to look at things through a new lens — a new paradigm — then they will change their beliefs and behavior accordingly.
