INDIVIDUALIZATION
People strong in the Individualization theme are intrigued with the unique qualities of each person. They have a gift for figuring out how people who are different can work together productively.
Each person is unique; each person has different strengths, motivations, and desires. Therefore, I believe that each person has to be treated in the way that is best for him or her. I agree with Kenneth Blanchard, who asserts that the most inequitable thing is to try and lead each individual in the same way. It's important to treat each individual and uniquely gifted by God.
