I currently serve as dean of the Jetter School of Business at Mount Vernon Nazarene University in Mount Vernon, Ohio. As dean, I lead over twenty full-time and over 75 part-time faculty members, two associate deans and one department chair, and two full-time staff members; together, we serve around 700 traditional, adult, and graduate business students.
From 2006 to 2009, I served as the President of the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education—the premiere business accreditor for student-centered colleges and universities. The IACBE currently serves over 230 member institutions in more than 20 countries around the world.
From 1998 to 2006, I served as a faculty member and administrator at LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas. I went to LeTourneau as an Associate Professor of Management and Chair of the Division of Business Administration. In 2006, I was promoted to Full Professor and Dean of the School of Business. I was awarded tenure in November 2002 (effective July 2003).
As the business dean, some of my accomplishments included national business program accreditation with the IACBE, development of new masters degree program in Healthcare Administration, development of a revised MBA program with six concentrations, redesign of the traditional undergraduate business program with new majors; and redesign of the adult undergraduate programs with new specializations.

From 1996 to 1998, I served as a faculty member an administrator of Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester, New York. I was an Associate Professor of Business and Management, Chair of the Division of Business and Management, and Director of the Master of Science in Management Program.
Administratively, I was able to lead the undergraduate business through achieving business accreditation by the Association of Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) and lead the startup of a masters degree program in management.
While at Roberts I taught Strategic Management (grad and UG), Financial Management (grad), Management and Principle-Centered Leadership (grad), and Managerial Ethics (grad).
From 1992 to 1996, I served as an Assistant Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship at Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia (a suburb of Atlanta). While there, I taught courses in Strategic Management, Small Business Management, Honors Consulting, and Entrepreneurship & Creativity.
From 1986 to 1992, I served as a faculty member at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I started as an Instructor of Finance and Management, but was promoted to Assistant Professor of Management in 1991. I also served as the Small Business Institute Director.
While at ORU, I taught courses is Strategic Management (grad & UG), Small Business Management/Senior Paper, Principles of Management, Financial Management, Advanced Finance, Management Simulation (grad), Organizational Behavior, and Human Resource Management.
