Birkman Work-Style Grid
The Birkman Life Style Grid reveals my interests and the kinds of activities I prefer (shown by the large asterisk below) and my most effective style under normal conditions (the large diamond below). Both fall into the green portion of the grid, which represents the Communicator style. However, my preferred style falls close to the red portion of the grid, which represents the Expediter style. People who fall into the green portion of the grid tend to do well at such activities as selling/promoting, persuading, motivating people, counseling or teaching, and working with people. The diamond shows that I prefer to be enthusiastic and flexible, assertive and competitive, logical and objective, energetic, and direct and open.
