The chief aim of the Faculty Portfolio is to provide a centralized, consistent environment to stimulate and record a faculty member's professional development. The portfolio encourages the faculty member to discover, explore, and develop his/her God-given passions, talents, and strengths through a self-reflective process that focuses upon the spiritual, emotional, intellectual, volitional, physical, and social dimensions of his or her individuality.
There are two major divisions in the portfolio:
My Development contains a faculty member's self-reflections upon his/her professional development, and
My Documents contains specific artifacts that provide supporting evidence of this professional development.
